Shipping
Deliveries in Italy are managed by BRT. All shipments sent by martadogcloset.com are insured against theft and accidental damage.
Upon receipt of the shipment and written confirmation, this insurance coverage ceases to exist.
Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. In case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged only once.
We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (except public holidays in Italy).
The goods will be ready for dispatch at the latest one working day after receipt of payment.
